Methods and methods of payment

Payments can be made by Paypal, cash on delivery or bank transfer in advance. Assopet reserves the right, in special cases or depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer, to accept only certain payment methods. We do not accept postal orders or bank cheques.

Payment by cash on delivery

Supplement: 15,00 €. Payment method valid for orders under 500 €. The amount of the purchase can be paid directly to the courier by cash. Since the courier can not deliver the rest of the customer will have to prepare the exact amount of the order. The courier will not otherwise be able to deliver the goods that will be put in storage.

Advance transfer

The goods will be sent automatically upon receipt of payment in our system which normally takes place within 2-3 working days after the transaction. The copy of the bank transfer will not be accepted for the purpose of processing the order.

Legal interest for late payment:

In the event of late payment, the statutory interest for late payment will be 5 percentage points in addition to the European Central Bank (ECB) reference rate. If the customer is not a consumer, interest on arrears will be 8 percentage points above the above reference rate. Assopet reserves the right to charge higher interest on arrears upon justification.
