Delivery and shipping

Assopet delivers within the European territory and entrusts the corresponding service to Express Couriers. The delivery of the Products will be made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer in the order.

In principle, Products in the UK will be delivered within a maximum of 7 working days from Assopet's confirmation of the order.

In the event that delivery is delayed for reasons not attributable to Assopet, the Customer will be notified, as far as possible, the new delivery date.

Assopet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend or cancel delivery or performance of any of its obligations under the sales contract in the event of suspected fraud, breach or non-performance by the Customer of its obligations to Assopet under previous orders and/or sales contracts.


Our head offices and warehouses ship with different courier companies, the type of courier company is chosen based on the location where the goods are physically located and the location to which the goods should arrive. The user cannot choose the type of courier service he wishes to use.

Useful tips for the courier:

If the package arrives visibly damaged or not all packages are present

It is always advisable to reject the shipment and send it back to the sender with a suitable reason or you can pick up the package with the formula "I accept with reservation" by putting it in the space or the "X" or writing "I accept with reservation because the package is damaged on the right/left side or the packages number 2/3/4 are missing" (always write a detailed reason, otherwise you will not be able to access the refund).


Putting this in case of insured shipping you have the option to be reimbursed by the courier in case the item is damaged. If the user, while viewing the dialog window

The damaged package accepts however without reservation, you can not ask for damages to the courier or to Assopet .
