RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
In accordance with EU laws, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify us via email at info@assopet.com before the deadline.
2. Conditions for Return
- Products must be returned in unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.
- Products returned damaged, incomplete, or used may not be refunded or may be refunded partially.
3. Return Procedure
- Contact info@assopet.com to request a return authorization.
- Once authorized, send the product to the address provided with tracking.
- After receiving and verifying the item’s condition, we will proceed with the refund.
4. Refund Timing and Method
Refunds are issued within 7 business days from the verification of the returned goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
5. Exceptions
- No refunds are granted for services already provided.
- Custom or personalized products are non-refundable unless defective.
- Business customers are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
