1. General:

These terms regulate access and use of the Assopet e-commerce platform and apply to all purchases.

 

2. Orders:

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse orders.

 

3. Prices and Payments:

Prices are shown in EUR, VAT included or excluded depending on customer location and VIES status. Payments via Stripe, PayPal, or other secure methods.

 

4. Shipping:

Products are shipped by our partner suppliers directly. Multiple items may arrive separately. Estimated delivery time is indicated at checkout.

 

5. Responsibility:

We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable EU regulations, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must notify Assopet via email at info@assopet.com before the withdrawal period expires.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to deny a refund or issue a partial refund if the product shows signs of wear or damage not attributable to transportation.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the product listing or agreed in writing. In the case of voluntary returns (such as the right of withdrawal), the customer must bear the full cost of shipping the item back to Assopet. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe and verifiable delivery.
