🚚 How It Works

1. Email us at info@assopet.com to request the repair form.
2. Fill in the form with the package weight, dimensions, and pickup address (mandatory).
3. We will send you a label: you only need to pack the product properly and apply the label.
4. We will organize the pickup via courier.

💰 Initial Costs (Mandatory & Paid in Advance)

- Pickup cost: variable, based on address, weight, and dimensions
- €30 fixed fee for initial inspection and technical diagnosis

🔐 Payment for these two costs is required in advance before the pickup.

🧾 After the Diagnosis

You will receive:
- A technical report of the issue
- A list of components to be replaced
- A detailed estimate including return shipping

✅ If You Accept the Estimate:

You will be asked to pay the full amount (parts + return shipping), and we will ship the repaired equipment back to your address.

❌ If You Do NOT Accept the Estimate:

You may choose to:
1. Pay only the return shipping to get your non-repaired product back
2. Renounce the product and automatically authorize Assopet to dispose of it

🔒 Warranty

All services are covered by a 6-month warranty on labor and replaced parts.
**Please note:** Brushes or carbon brushes are considered consumable parts and are not covered under warranty.
