How It Works

  1. Email us at info@assopet.com to request the repair form
  2. Fill in the form with package weight, dimensions, and pickup address (mandatory)
  3. We will send you a shipping label
  4. Pack the product securely and apply the label
  5. We will arrange the courier pickup

Initial Costs (Mandatory & Paid in Advance)

  • Pickup cost: variable, based on address, weight, and dimensions
  • €30 fixed fee for initial inspection and technical diagnosis

Payment is required in advance before the pickup.

After the Diagnosis

You will receive:

  • A technical report of the issue
  • A list of components to be replaced
  • A detailed quotation including return shipping

If You Accept the Quotation

We will proceed with the repair and ship the fully functional equipment back to your address.

If You Do NOT Accept the Quotation

You may choose to:

  1. Pay only the return shipping to receive the unrepaired product
  2. Renounce the product and authorize Assopet to dispose of it

Warranty

All repairs are covered by a 6-month warranty on labor and replaced parts.

Note: Carbon brushes and similar components are considered consumable parts and are not covered under warranty.
